How?

RoadMate is currently a start up company that focuses on establishing carpooling as a reliable method of transport across different countries, such as New Zealand, Australia, Canada or the United States. Therefore, all ideas are welcome to help build trust and bring carpooling to people's mind when they are about to travel.

So you need to be driven by the idea of sharing and willing to contribute to the success of this message!

There are no limitations or degree requirements to help us acheive this goal, your motivation is your key!

We look forward to hearing from you!

  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Explore new ways to engage such as new social networks, news parers, magazines, displaying, flyers distribution near events etc. to reach our target in terms of user base.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

Key requirements

Here are some skills and know-how you need to have.

  • Some past experience in marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Good writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

Remuneration

Depending on your background experience, and your engagement preference with us we can offer you one of the following:

  • Strong Engagement: means you want to be part of the team and actively contribute to its growth. We can then consider including you as a shareholder if your skills are aligned with our needs. That means you will get more benefits when the company grows than a basic remuneration.
